DESCRIPTION:FERRAGOSTO LUNCH & DINNER 2026 From 1:00 PM\nExperience the authentic flavors of our region with a traditional Ferragosto menu. \nIl menù \n*\nFried zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta cheese and anchovies\nLocal pecorino cheese with Norcia cured ham and traditional torta al testo\nOrganic pizza topped with sweet green peppers (friggitelli) and tomato\nTuscan-style tomato bread soup (Pappa al Pomodoro)\nToast with goose pâté\n*\nHomemade tagliatelle with goose ragù from Laura Radicchi Farm\nor\nTagliatelle with cherry tomatoes\, eggplant\, olives\, salted ricotta cheese\, and crispy breadcrumbs\n*\nRoast stuffed goose from Gubbio by Laura Radicchi Farm and Perugian sausage from Mariotti Farm\, served with oven-roasted tomatoes\, rosemary potatoes\, and mixed salad.\n \nOr\nGreen bean and potato flan on a basil cream\, served with gratinated tomato\, rosemary potatoes\, and mixed salad.\n*\nCoffee semifreddo with drops of star anise syrup\nFresh watermelon. \nWater and coffee included – €50 per person.  \n50% discount for children under 10 years old. \nGuests may also order à la carte by choosing from the dishes featured on the Ferragosto menu. \nThe same menu will also be served for dinner from 7:30 PM.
