Our cuisine is rooted in the local area, in the seasons and in simplicity. Every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, often picked from our own vegetable garden, and accompanied by edible flowers and plants. We don’t seek special effects: we seek what is true, authentic and delicious.
The restaurant is open six days a week, offering à la carte dining. The main dining room, located entirely on the ground floor, is a welcoming and bright space overlooking the garden. The atmosphere is elegant yet informal, just like our idea of hospitality.
